Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located in Los Angeles on Abbot Kinney Blvd. in Venice. Our brick and mortar address is 1644 Abbot Kinney Blvd. Venice, CA 90291


Q: When will my order ship?


A: Please reference our shipping page for details on how your order will be shipped.


Q: There is an item featured on your blog or in the brick and mortar shop that is not available in your online store that I would like to purchase. Can I add this to my order?

A: Feel free to send us an email on any additional items that you are interested in. If we have it in stock we will be happy to ship it out to you.


Q: How can I sell my product in your shop?

A: If you would like to submit your goods for consideration, please send and email with photos, links and wholesale information to hello@urbanicpaper.com.
Due to a high volume of emails we will only be able to reply to emails with items we are interested in. Thanks for thinking of us for your line!


Q: Can I pick up my order at the store?

A: Yes, we always love seeing our customers in person. Please email us a link or description of the product you want and a return phone#. We will then call you and take your payment info over the phone, then have your order waiting at the store for you.  hello@urbanicpaper.com


Q: Do you ship outside the U.S?

A: At this time for the pop-up shop we are only offering shipping within the United States. When the official site launches in early 2013 we will be offering international shipping 


Q: An item I am interested in is out of stock. When will it be re-stocked? 

A: We will be stocking the store daily with new arrivals. Items that are sold out are most likely on re-order so please contact us to find out the status of an item.
